Hi, my name is Ashlee, and I bring over 17 years of dedicated experience to the hairdressing industry. As a colour transformation and styling expert, I've had the privilege of serving as a brand ambassador and educator for renowned names including Moroccan Oil and Cloud Nine. When not creating beautiful hair in the salon, I find solace in nature and the calming embrace of the ocean, accompanied by the joy of spending time with my cherished family and small fluffy dogs. I am deeply committed to holistic wellness and empowering women through meditation and breathwork. Known for my free spirit, I'm always up for a good laugh and a fun adventure. Additionally, I have a passion for education and take great pleasure in sharing my hairdressing knowledge through Inspiring Training Academy and other educational initiatives. With a continuous pursuit of excellence, I am dedicated to bringing expertise and passion to every opportunity presented. 

I will be found each Wednesday in our Lilydale classes teaching the Cert II in Salon Assistant.

Trainer & Assessor

Maria is a hairdresser with over two decades of experience in the industry. She has worked with a wide range of clients and has developed a reputation for her exceptional skills and attention to detail. Maria’s passion for hairdressing began at a young age, and she has spent her entire career honing her craft and perfecting her techniques.

In addition to her hairdressing skills, Maria is also an accomplished makeup artist. She has worked on numerous photo shoots, fashion shows, and other events, and has a keen eye for detail and a natural talent for enhancing her clients’ natural beauty.

Maria will be delivering Certificate II in Salon Assistant at our Boronia Campus on a Wednesday.

Lucy is a Senior beauty therapist, with an array of experience across multiple areas in the beauty field. She understands that no two students are the same and is committed to finding the best path for her students to excel in their learning.
Lucy’s approach to teaching is one of compassion and friendliness, and she works hard to ensure that her students feel that they have the support they need throughout their studies.

We are blessed to have Lucy joinining us at our Boronia campus delivering the Certificate III in Beauty Services.

Trainer & Assessor

Vicky is a seasoned hairdresser with 30 years of industry experience. She has owned salons of her own, and is equipped with the tools to train staff and aspiring hairdressers of all knowledge backgrounds. Always on the lookout to grow and improve upon her own hairdressing knowledge, Vicky is passionate about education. And as a mother and a devoted member of her local school community, she uses her bright and easygoing personality to inspire the same passion for growth in others.

Vicky will be found every Wednesday over in our Noble Park classes delivering Certificate II in Salon Assistant

With Stella's dual qualifications, she will be found between all of our campuses lending support and offering her expertise to all students and trainers.
